I have never had (or wanted) T track on the router table surface. But now I will seriously reconsider; I peeked at the new Sommerfeld Cabinetmaking video, and using the Feather Guard on the table surface makes it a snap to run even large cabinet doors vertically.

I purchased a Feather Guard for use on my 2 x 4-foot home-built router table at the Atlanta Woodworking Show. It is without doubt the best add-on for a router table I have ever found. With its wide footprint and enclosed area against the fence it is a perfect adjunct for dust collection. It makes many tasks much simpler to set-up and run.
