This is the project, one day prior to crating and shipping to my client (Gran) in North Carolina:
After reading my prayer bench/kneeler blog post, and watching the videos I produced, Gran contacted me and was interested in having one of these specific models, in walnut. I requested details to custom-fit the kneeler, and scheduled the build.
During the entire build I kept my client informed of progress with one photo album I created in my Photo Gallery. This proved to be a great way to keep Gran informed.
Upon completion I crated the kneeler, and shipped it to North Carolina. For several days I worried. It arrived intact; all my worrying had been for naught.
Gran’s comments in a recent e-mail were as follows:
I am thrilled to have it – I have wanted one for a long time. The wood is beautiful and your craftsmanship is a gift.
