I sneaked into the Marketplace when the classroom sessions were running. It meant the Marketplace, while not totally deserted, had a small crowd. As I turned the corner, I spied George Walker and Jameel Abraham chatting.
David Walker delivered his presentation on Unlocking the Secrets of Traditional Design the same day. It was amazing to see the principles of traditional design unraveling before my eyes! George used the props you see in the photo above, to illustrate his points. He covers all in detail in his DVD, by the same title as his presentation. The DVD is available from Lie-Nielsen. I got the last copy available during the conference. But George was kind to lend Lie-Nielsen his personal copy for use during the remaining time of the Marketplace.
