I had a nice day in the shop yesterday, shuffling back and forth to the house as the shellac dried. As I left for the last time near dusk, this view greeted me:
I love it! It was 33°F at this time, just about T-shirt temperature after the truly cold days we have had. The weather is holding up, and hopefully it will continue so for the next few days. At least, the temperature will likely go up a bit; it will be a deserved rest for the gas furnaces.

Yep, beautiful. Especially after the shoveling is done and the Ibuprofin kicks in.
The warming temps are certainly welcome.
FWIW, we got just a bit over that same amount of snow yesterday (13-15), atop 8-10 inches remaining from the previous storm.
Thanks, Bob!
We have been lucky, as the weather has moderated so much. But I feel for you, with all the white on the ground. Maybe sunshine is all we need now, and at least 30°F!
