Home Blog Sick and trying to function

Sick and trying to function

A persistent cold bug finally has finally caught up with me. The over-the-counter meds make me dizzy, but they relieve the cough and make breathing easier.

I am such a baby! Our granddaughters have all had the same bug over the last two weeks. Of course, they begged to go swimming, and did not want to be left behind when the entire family went somewhere. I remember two occasions when it was different – two of our granddaughters had been up most of the night, and needed some sleep. They missed swimming lessons.

Today I am missing the gathering of the Kansas City Chapter of SAPFM. Could timing be worse? At least one of my woodworking friends promised to take some photos, so I can share on the blog. I could not ask for a better friend! Have fun, everyone!

Do YOU try to get things done while feeling lousy? Or

Can YOU take it easy (easier) until you start to feel better?

Of course All, sometimes we believe are essential. When you’re sick you must take care and stay at home.We will heal earlier.

    Get well soon!

Por supuesto, aveces nos creemos imprescindibles. Cuando uno está enfermo debe de cuidarse y quedarse en casa. Nosotros sanaremos antes.

    Recupérate pronto Al!

I sometimes think I am indispensable around here – but my wife told me differently, Ramon. 🙂 Today I feel much better. Thanks!

Si, you pense que era imprescindible, pero mi esposa me dijo algo diferente… Hoy me siento much mejor. Gracias!
